01. Spend a day on our farm
Our bed & breakfast is located on a farm which is still in operation. The farm has about 100 cows, 2 donkeys, boarding horses and many chickens. Do you want a day off? Then a day at the farm is a good way to spend your time. Watch the animals, take a walk to the village or read a book on our shared terrace.
02. Visit to Amsterdam
From our bed & breakfast it is about 15 minutes to the center of Amsterdam. You can cycle or take the car to the Amsterdam-Noord metro station. From there you take metro 52 direction South. You can get off at Central Station, Rokin or many other metro stations. Visit the Rijksmuseum, Anne Frank house, Albert Cuyp market, the Jordaan or one of the many other attractions in Amsterdam. Or take a stroll along the Amsterdam canals.
03. Cycling or sailing in Waterland and surroundings
Waterland has beautiful villages and vast landscapes. You can rent a bike from us and discover the surroundings of Waterland. Visit the beautiful villages and pay a visit to a tea garden. The ijsselmeer is 30 minutes by bike, just like Monnickendam. Volendam and Marken are an hour away by bike and 20 minutes by car. There are also plenty of canals and lakes to discover Waterland by boat. Rent a boat and sail through the beautiful surroundings and villages. You can also visit a tea garden by boat.
